This privacy policy applies to ‘online’ in the above listed websites (collectively referred to as the “PPT Sites”) and all ‘offline’ shared information, materials and services referred to as “Services” by The Presidential Prayer Team, Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our PPT Sites, register on the PPT Sites, subscribe as members, fill out a form, and/or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our PPT Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, and/or phone number. Users may, however, visit our PPT Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain membership related activities on any of the PPT sites.

When browsing through any website, certain information can be collected. We may collect information about Users whenever they interact with our PPT Sites. We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to ANYONE.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donor’s information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

PPT Sites may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, it is possible that some parts of the PPT Sites may not function properly.

The Presidential Prayer Team may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

If a User decides to opt-in to receive information via emails, it may include Daily Devotionals, Weekly Prayer Updates, Ministry news, updates, related to service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to opt-out from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our website or by other methods listed below.
> How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and/or data stored on the PPT Sites.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the PPT Sites and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is 256-bit encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
> Complying With the Legal System
The Presidential Prayer Team makes every effort to protect your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our organization.

If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on these Websites or on or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.

Under California Civil Code Section § 1798.83, we do not share any personal information with third parties for any direct marketing purposes.

The Presidential Prayer Team has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
