The Senate Armed Services Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee are each holding hearings on President Trump’s nominees for confirmation.
Today, House committees are addressing funding proposals, drone activity over U.S. military bases, energy and mineral production.
The Supreme Court is hearing a case on victims of an FBI SWAT team wrong-house raid. The other case addresses federal certification of class action suits when some members lack an Article III injury.
