Kabul Airport Bombing Suspect Faces Trial in U.S.

The president and FBI director confirm the terrorist’s arrival to face justice.

FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed a terrorist suspect arrived in the United States on Tuesday evening to face charges connected to the 2021 bombing of the Kabul airport, which killed 13 American service members and at least 170 Afghan civilians during the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. The unnamed suspect is accused of organizing the bombing and providing the materials necessary to enact the plot.

President Trump said during his address to the joint session of Congress Tuesday evening that the U.S. has “apprehended the top terrorist responsible for that atrocity, and he is right now on his way here to face the swift sword of American justice.” The president expressed gratitude to Pakistan for “helping arrest this monster.”

Director Patel stated on Wednesday, “On the ground last night at Dulles airfield as FBI personnel and our DOJ + CIA partners delivered a terrorist wanted for the Afghanistan Abbey Gate murders.”

“To terrorists around the world responsible for harming Americans: We will hunt the ends of the earth and find you,” he added.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For discernment for President Trump as he seeks to bring closure to the U.S. disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
  • For Director Patel to be led by the Lord as he heads the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
