President Donald Trump is attending to business in the Oval Office before he heads to his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, later this afternoon.
Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are participating in the Munich Security Conference in Germany. Vice President Vance will be addressing the conference today and is expected to urge NATO members to increase defense spending.
The vice president and secretary of state will be meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the security conference to begin negotiations for a peace agreement to end the Russian-Ukrainian war.
