President Joe Biden is traveling to Angola today. This is the first trip he has made to Africa during his presidency.
The justices of the Supreme Court are hearing oral arguments in two cases today.
In FDA v. Wages and White Lion Investments, the justices will consider whether or not the Food and Drug Administration’s denial of approval for a new e-cigarette product was “arbitrary and capricious“ as the Fifth Circuit ruled.
In United States v. Miller, the justices will hear a case regarding the bankruptcy code and whether a trustee may avoid a debtor’s tax payment.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For safe travels for President Biden as he heads to Angola today.
- For the justices of the Supreme Court to be prudent in their consideration of the cases.
- For the president and members of his Cabinet as they pursue the administration’s goals.
