Treasury Department Sanctions 400 More Entities Tied to Russia

The department targets global supporters of the Russian military and sanction evasion tactics.

The Department of the Treasury added nearly 400 entities to its international sanctions list, targeting individuals and organizations linked to Russia’s illicit and militaristic operations. These entities are located across the globe, providing products and services to help Russia fuel its attack on Ukraine, conduct international cyber operations, and avoid sanctions previously imposed by the U.S.

“Russia has turned its economy into a tool in service of the Kremlin’s military industrial complex. Treasury’s actions today continue to implement the commitments made by President Biden and his G7 counterparts to disrupt Russia’s military-industrial base supply chains and payment channels,” said Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo.

“Companies, financial institutions, and governments around the world need to ensure they are not supporting Russia’s military-industrial supply chains.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Deputy Secretary Adeyemo to be led by the Lord as he fulfills his role in the Treasury Department.
  • For Secretary Yellen and U.S. treasury officials as they consider individuals and entities for sanctions.
