Today, Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard Verma is heading a delegation to India to “advance and support a prosperous, secure, and resilient future.“

State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said, “Deputy Secretary Verma will travel to New Delhi, India to meet with senior government officials, climate leaders, and aerospace academics and industry representatives to advance the U.S.-Indian partnership on a full range of issues, including economic development, clean energy and climate action, and STEM education.“

He continued that the deputy secretary “will be joined in India by Senior Advisor to the President for International Climate Policy John Podesta and Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy David Turk.“

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Deputy Secretary of State Verma to receive God’s direction as he heads the delegation to India.
  • For the other U.S. officials to be discerning as they discuss economic development, clean energy and climate action, and STEM education.
  • For the president, vice president, and White House officials to seek the Lord as they pursue the administration’s agenda.
