Today, President Joe Biden will deliver the commencement address at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, in Michie Stadium.
He delivered two commencement speeches at the military academy during his terms as vice president. This will be the first time he has addressed the military cadets as chief executive.
During the ceremony, about a thousand academy graduates will receive commissions as U.S. Army second lieutenants.
