Speaks of faith and freedom at Dallas Church.
Vice President Mike Pence traveled to Texas over the weekend for an event at the First Baptist Church Dallas that was held on Sunday. The “Celebrate Freedom Rally” hosted nearly 2,200 people – many of whom did not wear protective masks to the event. The vice president urged people to continue wearing the masks, but also stated that “each state has a unique situation.”
During his remarks, VP Pence praised Governor Abbot for his “courageous and compassionate leadership.” He went on to say that he and President Trump would “continue to reclaim our freedom and our way of life as each day we are one day closer to the day we put this pandemic in the past. And when we do, with this governor and this president, we’ll bring Texas and America back bigger and better than ever before.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For God to protect the Trump Administration from COVID-19
- For safety for the President and Vice President as they travel around the country.
- That God would use the Trump Administration to bring about an end to the COVID-19 pandemic.
