Today, President Joe Biden is staying at his residence in Delaware and has no public events on his schedule at this time. The president is expected to spend time with family and prepare for the week ahead. During the upcoming week, the president will travel to New York City, New York, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This weekend, the president traveled to his local polling place in Wilmington, Delaware, for in-personal early voting. He was joined by his granddaughter Natalie who, having just turned 18, voted in her first election.
When the president voted in September, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre shared with reporters, “He thought it was important to exercise his constitutional right to vote… and set an example by showing the importance of voting.”
