Today, the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, chaired by Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, is considering President Trump’s nomination of Howard Lutnick for Secretary of Commerce.

The Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, chaired by Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa, will consider the president’s nominee, Kelly Loeffler, to be Administrator of the Small Business Administration.

The Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, chaired by Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina, will hold an open session to hear testimony from banking and financial executives regarding the real impacts of debanking in America.
