President Biden will visit Allentown, Pennsylvania today as part of the White House observance of Made In America Week. He will tour the Mack – Lehigh Valley Operations Manufacturing Facility and speak to the workers.
White House Press Secretary Psaki said the president is traveling to the Lehigh Valley to “emphasize the importance of American manufacturing, buying products made in America, and supporting good-paying jobs for American workers.”
A Presidential Delegation is also attending today’s inauguration of President Pedro Castillo in Lima, Peru. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona and U.S. Ambassador to Peru Lisa Kenna were chosen by President Biden to represent his administration.
