DOJ Pulls Federal Corrections Funding from Maine

The state is housing a transgender double murder convict in a women’s prison.

The Department of Justice has halted nonessential federal funding to Maine’s Department of Correction since they are housing a biological male murderer in a women’s prison.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said, “A giant, 6-foot-1, 245-pound guy, who committed a double murder with a knife, stabbed his parents to death and the family dog, and he identified as a woman, so they were letting him be housed in a female prison.”

“No longer,” she added. “We will pull your funding. We will protect women in prison.”

President Trump’s administration has also stopped federal funding over biological males competing in women’s sports. Officials in Maine continue to point to the state’s Human Rights Act regarding protections for transgender athletes.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Attorney General Bondi as she seeks to uphold the president’s policies to protect biological females.
  • For Justice Department officials as they defend President Trump’s administration in federal courts.
