The judges say they may be arrested, but due legal deportation process is required.
Two district court judges blocked President Trump’s administration from deporting Venezuelan men in Texas and New York this week, issuing their rulings in keeping with an order by the Supreme Court.
The president’s administration has deported Venezuelan nationals living in the United States through President Donald Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
On Monday, the Supreme Court allowed President Trump’s administration to continue detaining Venezuelan migrants under the Alien Enemies Act but said that the administration must offer judicial review of the detention of any immigrant that requests it.
The district courts also prohibited the president’s administration from removing the men from U.S. detention centers to the maximum security prison in El Salvador until their court cases have been fully processed.

- For wisdom for the judges and justices of the federal judiciary as they rule on deportation cases.
