Praying from Victory
Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl MVP wide receiver Cooper Kupp once recalled that he received a vision from God that allowed him to “play from victory, not for victory.” His vision is something believers in Christ may follow as they pray… pray from a position of victory! Scripture verses abound with promises of victory and overcoming and God being victorious in, through, and for His people. The Apostle John stated, “Everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith“ (1 John 5:4). Thank the Lord today for the victories you’ve already experienced in your life, and for the victories yet to come. The Lord is faithful to His promises!
