President In Mar-a-Lago

President Donald Trump has returned to his Mar-a-Lago residence for the weekend.

North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) reported that there have now been six civilian aircraft to violate the temporary flight restrictions (TFRs) for the Palm Beach airspace when the president is there.

General Gregory Guillot, commander of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, stated, “Adherence to TFR procedures is essential to ensure flight safety, national security, and the security of the President.“

The general continued, “The procedures are not optional, and the excessive number of recent TFR violations indicates civil aviators are not reading Notice to Airmen, or NOTAMs, before each flight as required by the FAA, and has resulted in multiple responses by NORAD fighter aircraft to guide offending aircraft out of the TFR.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For President Trump as he orchestrates diplomatic and economic strategies for peace in Ukraine and the Middle East.
  • For General Guillot as he heads NORAD and the U.S. Northern Command and oversees the protection of the airspace near the president.
  • For members of Congress as they work on appropriations legislation to fund the government.
