President Donald Trump is meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House today.
The two presidents will discuss negotiations on ending the war between Ukraine and Russia. They are also expected to sign an agreement to develop rare earth and critical minerals in Ukraine.
President Trump announced the Ukrainian president’s visit during his first Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. He stated, “We’re going to do the best we can to make the best deal we can for both sides.”
Energy Secretary Chris Wright is going to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, today to tour nuclear facilities and participate in a summit on the future of artificial intelligence. Earlier this week, Secretary Wright toured the Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico.
