In preparation for the transition of executive power tomorrow, President Joe Biden is spending his final day in office in Charleston, South Carolina.
The president is scheduled to deliver a message on the legacy of his administration from the Royal Missionary Baptist Church in North Charleston. He is also expected to visit the International African American Museum on the city’s waterfront.
President-elect Donald Trump will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery today. He will speak at a rally later at the Capital One Arena. The former and future president will host a candlelight dinner in the evening for donors.
