President Joe Biden is addressing the U.S. Conference of Mayors today.
The conference’s 93rd Winter Meeting is being held in Washington, D.C. with over 260 bipartisan mayors, who oversee cities with 30,000 or more in population, expected to attend. The three-day conference will include discussions on affordable housing, public safety, immigration, and infrastructure investment.
President Biden will speak about his administration’s efforts to invest in the nation’s cities through the American Rescue Plan, the Inflation Reduction Act, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the CHIPs and Science Act
