President Joe Biden is participating in Day 2 of the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, today. President Biden will also have a working lunch with Brazilian President Lula da Silva.

The House Oversight Committee, chaired by Representative James Comer of Kentucky, will hear testimony from FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell regarding guidance that discriminated against hurricane victims due to political signs supporting now President-elect Donald Trump. The FEMA administrator will testify before the House Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management today as well.

The Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law, chaired by Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, is holding a hearing on China’s cybersecurity threat, “focusing on big hacks and big tech.“
