President Joe Biden is in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for the two-day Group of 20 (G20) Summit.

President Lula da Silva of Brazil is chairing the summit where the heads of state will discuss geopolitical and trade tensions, social inclusion, global governance reform, and energy transitions.

White House Press Secretary Jean-Pierre stated, “In Rio de Janeiro, President Biden will meet with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil on the margins of the G20 and reinforce U.S. leadership on workers’ rights and clean economic growth.“

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For President Biden to be prudent in his discussions with President Lula da Silva.
  • For the president, vice president, and Cabinet officials as they make decisions and take action in the remaining months of the current term.
  • For the justices of the Supreme Court as they consider the oral arguments they have heard thus far in the new term.
