U.S. Ambassador-at-Large to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons Cindy Dyer is in Kuwait today. She will travel to Oman in the coming days.
Ambassador Dyer leads the United States’ global engagement to combat human trafficking and support the coordination of anti-trafficking efforts across the U.S. government.
State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said, “Ambassador Dyer will meet with government officials and civil society to discuss strengthening government victim identification efforts, advance protections for victims, exchange views on effective accountability measures, and hear from counterparts about ways the United States can deepen bilateral coordination with Kuwait and Oman to combat human trafficking.“
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For wisdom for Ambassador Dyer as she engages in discussions to prevent human trafficking.
- For the president, vice president, and administration officials to pursue methods to stop the exploitation of human beings.
- For all who are trapped in human trafficking and those enslaved in the United States and around the world.
