Senator Raises More Questions About the Attempted Assassination of Trump

Information further reveals lack of Secret Service agents and lack of training for Homeland Security agents.

Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri has continued to share information from whistleblowers regarding the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump. He also sent a letter to Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe requesting information regarding the lack of training of Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) agents who replaced Secret Service agents to guard the former president and presidential candidate.

The senator stated in an interview, “Most of the agents who were there at the rally in Butler were not Secret Service agents, they were in fact Homeland Security agents, and, get this, most of those Homeland Security agents, the only training they received was an online webinar, a two-hour online webinar!” He added that the webinar also had sound issues.

Senator Hawley wrote to the acting Secret Service director to request information on the number of HSI present at the Butler, Pennsylvania, rally, how much training they had, what curriculum was used, and any updates that have been made to it. His letter stated, “All of these allegations together suggest that a significant number of personnel tasked with providing security for former President Trump at the July 13 rally were egregiously under-prepared by the Secret Service to carry out this mission.“

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For discernment for Senator Hawley and federal legislators as they seek to ensure the protection of former presidents and current presidential candidates.
  • For Acting Director Rowe to be transparent in his responses regarding the substitution and training of HSI agents.
