Today, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair General C.Q. Brown is meeting with counterparts in the Indo-Pacific this week.
General Brown met with officials in the Philippines to further strengthen the U.S. alliance with that nation. The leaders discussed security assistance and the importance of maritime domain awareness.
General Brown is heading to Japan to continue to deepen the trilateral cooperation on regional deterrence and security cooperation between the U.S., Japan, and South Korea. The joint chiefs chairman will also visit Yokota Air Base and meet with U.S. service members.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For General Brown to be led by the Lord as he meets with military and political leaders in the Indo-Pacific.
- For discernment for the U.S. secretary of defense as he heads the armed forces and advises the president.
- For the president and members of his administration to receive God’s guidance as they engage in partnerships with other nations.
