Today, Secretary of State Antony Blinken is participating in a conversation with Brookings Institution Vice President and Director of Foreign Policy Suzanne Maloney.

State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said, “They will discuss the Biden administration’s foreign policy and the role for U.S. leadership in navigating this critical moment.“

Secretary Blinken is expected to address how the U.S. is using diplomacy to resolve conflict, food supply, and climate change. This discussion is taking place ahead of the 75th NATO summit, which will be held next week in Washington, D.C.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the secretary of state to be prudent in his remarks and receive insight from the Lord as he heads the State Department.
  • For U.S. officials to be led by God as they prepare for the 75th NATO summit.
  • For the president and members of his administration to seek God’s wisdom as they craft diplomatic strategies.
