The House Ways and Means Committee, chaired by Representative Jason Smith of Missouri, is holding a field hearing at the Salt River Prima Maricopa Indian Community in Scottsdale, Arizona, on adoption, foster care, and child support issues within Native American and Rural Communities. The committee will also explore ways to enhance access to rural health care and discuss pro-growth tax policies.
The House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio, is holding a field hearing in Sahuarita, Arizona, to examine the effects of the current southwest border crisis on Arizona’s residents and communities.
