Cast our burden on the Lord and He will sustain you. – Psalm 55:22
Though the pathways of life lead through many trials, today’s verse urges you to take your burden to the Lord and throw it down! The weight of your worries, anxieties, and troubles can be overwhelming, but God invites you to release them into His more than capable hands. You are His sheep, He is your shepherd. Sheep are unable to carry burdens. They also cannot defend themselves, nor navigate where they are going. When you cast your burdens on the Lord, you are trusting His infinite strength to carry what you are incapable of, so you can have relief, peace, and renewed strength. God’s love and care for you in unwavering. He is near, ready to sustain you through life’s storms. Today, release your burdens. Surrender every worry, and place your trust in the One who promises to uphold you. In Him, you find the strength to endure and the hope to persevere.
