Albert Diaz, Chief United States Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit

Albert Diaz is Chief United States Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4^th Circuit. He is a former State Superior Court Judge, as well as a former Appellate Judge for the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals. We pray that God will guide him as he hears cases of appellate law in our country.
