The Evidence of Your Diet
The amazing thing about flamingos is that they are not naturally pink. They get their color from the food they eat—algae and brine shrimp that their bodies metabolize as pigments, which turn their feathers pink. The result of what they feast upon is clearly seen by others. It is the same for you. Not just in the diet of foods that you eat, which bring their own results, but in the spiritual food you take into your life. God states in Deuteronomy that not taking in His Word leaves you hungry. This diet displays itself in how you look and how you walk. King David describes God’s Word as honey (Psalm 19:10). Don’t starve yourself on processed philosophies or hybrid wisdom. Ingest the pure, golden, and sweet Word of God. It will show in your life.
