The use of manufactured homes increasing to address affordable housing needs.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the establishment of a new office to manage its manufactured housing programs. This agency has been elevated into its own office to meet America’s housing needs. The office will be independently reporting to Federal Housing Commissioner Julia Gordon, assisting in the growth and availability of manufactured homes as a path to homeownership.
“This organizational change represents a recognition of the critically important role that manufactured housing plays in our country’s housing market,” said Commissioner Gordon. “Thanks to the work executed by our Office of Manufactured Housing Programs over the last two years, we have made significant progress to support the availability of modern and affordable manufactured homes.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Commissioner Gordon to seek God’s direction as she heads the Federal Housing Administration.
- For Secretary Fudge to be led by the Lord as she manages the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
