Today, President Joe Biden is visiting Chicago, Illinois. He will be speaking on his administration’s efforts to improve the nation’s economy.
The president will highlight the plan he calls “Bidenomics,” which is intended to grow the U.S. economy “from the middle out and bottom up, instead of top-down.” The White House stated the focus of the plan is “growing the middle class and empowering workers, investing in America and lowering costs.”
Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker will also be hosting a campaign reception for President Biden today.
