Today, President Joe Biden is hosting Prime Minister Mette Fredericksen of Denmark at the White House.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the two leaders are meeting “to further strengthen the deep and enduring ties between the United States and Denmark.“
She continued, “The two leaders will review our efforts as NATO Allies and close partners to strengthen transatlantic security and bolster economic prosperity. They will discuss our unwavering support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s brutal war of aggression. The leaders will coordinate on a range of issues, including energy security, climate change, and other global issues. “
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For discernment for the president as he discusses mutual concerns with the Danish prime minister.
- For the two heads of state to be led by God in their collaboration.
- For U.S. and foreign officials considering negotiations for peace in Ukraine.
