He has 30 years in public service.
Richard Monocchio was recently sworn in as the new Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Monocchio has served in the public service industry for over 30 years, spending much of his career serving the city of Chicago and Cook County, the area in which Chicago resides. He also has previous experience with the HUD, serving the department during President’s Clinton administration.
“As a life-long public servant, it is my sincere pleasure to return to HUD to serve the Office of Public and Indian Housing,” said Monocchio during the swearing-in ceremony. “Together, we will enhance the quality, affordability, and safety of housing across this country.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Monocchio as he assumes his new role.
- For Secretary Fudge to seek God’s guidance as she heads the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
