Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed Robert Hur, the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, as Special Counsel to look into the alleged mishandling of classified documents by President Joe Biden.
Documents with classification markings were discovered in the vacated Penn Biden Center office in Washington, D.C., and then, more recently, some were stored next to the president’s personal car in his garage in Wilmington, Delaware.
President Biden stated this week that his administration is cooperating with the Justice Department. The president is currently at his home in Delaware. He has no public events on his schedule at this time.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Attorney General Merrick Garland as he heads the Justice Department.
- For discernment for Special Counsel Hur as he conducts his investigation.
- For the president and his administration as they handle and store classified information.
