Today, President Joe Biden is participating in the second day of the U.S.-Africa summit. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stated that today “the focus will be on increasing two-way trade and investment at the U.S.-Africa Business Forum.“
Advisor Sullivan said the president “will host a small group of leaders at the White House for a discussion on upcoming presidential elections in 2023 in Africa and U.S. support for free, fair, and credible polls across the continent. He will then host, Wednesday evening, all 50 heads of delegation and their spouses for a dinner here at the White House.“
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For discernment for the president and the U.S. officials as they interact with African leaders.
- For the president to seek God’s direction regarding the plans and programs his administration extends.
- For African heads of state and ministers as they prepare for the elections in their nations.
