Today, President Joe Biden is traveling to Phoenix, Arizona. In this first visit to the state since being inaugurated, the president will tour a Taiwan semiconductor plant.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated, “The President will visit TSMC, a Taiwanese company making a major investment to manufacture cutting-edge chips in Phoenix, and discuss how this — his economic plan is leading to a manufacturing boom, rebuilding supply chains, and creating good-paying jobs in Arizona and across the country.“
