Also on Friday, White House Press Secretary Jean-Pierre highlighted the first meeting of the CHIPS Implementation Steering Council this week. She stated, “In the Steering Committee’s inaugural meeting, participants discussed how implementation of the Act will strengthen American leadership in the semiconductor industry, boost our economic competitiveness, and protect our national security.“ The council received briefings from several Cabinet secretaries as well as the director of the National Science Foundation regarding the progress that has been made in implementing the legislation.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For the efforts of officials and individuals around the world to promote peace.
- For the president and his administration to seek the Lord’s direction on foreign policies.
- That the members of the CHIPS implementation council would have wisdom as they provide guidance and recommendations.
