Following President Joe Biden’s positive COVID test on Saturday, many events on the president’s schedule for this week have been postponed or canceled. Physician to the President Dr. Kevin O’Connor gave an update on Sunday in which he said that the president is feeling well and has no symptoms. “Given his rebound positivity which we reported yesterday, we continued daily monitoring,” said Dr. O’Connor, adding, “The president will continue his strict isolation measures.”
While quarantining, the president will be meeting with federal officials virtually and “will continue to conduct the business of the American people from the Executive Residence,” said Dr. O’Connor. “The president continued to be very specifically conscientious to protect any of the Executive Residence, White House, Secret Service, and other staff whose duties require any (albeit socially distance) proximity to him.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For quick healing for the president from COVID-19.
- For God to protect all staff and medical personnel at the White House who are caring for the president.
- For guidance for administration officials who are working to meet the needs of the nation while the president is in isolation.
