Today, President Joe Biden will travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, today. He will be visiting the research and development hub of Mill 19 in Hazelwood.
Originally built in 1943, the former industrial steel manufacturing plant houses innovative and advanced research and development. The site is undergoing renovations, expected to be completed at the end of this year, to increase renewability and sustainability.
The White House stated the president “will discuss strengthening the nation’s supply chains, revitalizing American manufacturing, creating good-paying, union jobs, and building a better America, including through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.”
