Last remaining legal challenge to the results of the 2020 presidential election.
On Monday, the Supreme Court declined to hear the final pending case relating to the 2020 election legal challenges. The Justices of the court did not issue opinions in the case that disputed the Wisconsin results and simply rejected to hear arguments in an unsigned order.
The order revealed that the case did not meet the threshold of at least four justices agreeing to hear arguments. President Biden won Wisconsin’s electoral college votes by a margin of approximately 20,000 votes, which the state verified after a recount. The lawsuit alleged that the Wisconsin Election Commission had unlawfully created collection facilities as a method to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- That God would guide the Supreme Court to have wisdom on the best cases to hear in the future.
- For the Lord to accomplish His will through the Biden administration.
- That the Lord would protect the health and wellbeing of the Justices of the Court.
