Uncertain if his family is included amid upcoming impeachment trial
The White House revealed on Monday that roughly 100 pardons had been prepared for President Trump to issue on Tuesday, his final day in office. On Sunday, President Trump met with his family members Jared Kushner, and Ivanka Trump, as well as several aids to review a long list of pardon requests.
It is not yet known if the president will include himself and his family in the list of individuals to be pardoned Tuesday. Certain members of Congress have been critical of the idea. President Trump is about to face a Senate impeachment trial that will likely extend into the coming administration.
