President Donald Trump has no public events on his agenda today. He will remain at the White House and continue to pursue courses of action to help the country recover from the pandemic and other disasters it is facing.
On Wednesday, the president approved an emergency declaration for the state of Louisiana after the effects of Hurricane Delta began to be felt prior to making landfall. The region has already experienced devastation during this extremely active hurricane season, particularly from storms Laura and Sally. Delta is the 9th hurricane to form in the Atlantic this year.
Regarding the president’s health, White House physician Sean Conley stated on Wednesday that President Trump had been fever-free for 4 days, asymptomatic for 24 hours, and that his “vital signs, including oxygen saturation and respiratory rate, all remain stable and in normal range.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For President Trump as he seeks to help the U.S. recover from the many challenges it is dealing with.
- For safety for those in the path of Hurricane Delta.
- For wisdom for President Trump as he continues to work while regaining his health.
