Brandon Lipps is Deputy Under Secretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services. His department oversees social services programs including food stamps and child nutrition programs. We pray that God will guide him as he helps support food & nutrition programs in this country.
