Tyler Goodspeed appointed as acting chairman.
After the development of some vacancies in the past weeks the President’s Council of Economic Advisers has a new acting chairman.
Tyler Goodspeed is a Harvard-trained economist who has been a part of the council since 2017 when he became a senior economist before eventually becoming a full member. He will lead the council at a critical time for the White House and the nation after coronavirus shutdowns and tens of millions of lost jobs have driven down the American economy. Goodspeed has taught economics at the University of Oxford and at King’s College London
