Proverbs 15:22 – Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
This week, President Trump is meeting with advisers of just about every industry one can think of that exists in America. He’ll meet with CEOs and presidents of companies, with politicians, with union leaders, with first responders and healthcare workers, all in an effort to hear from them about what they need and what they see as the reopening of the American economy. You can pray that today’s verse will hold up for him as he, members of his Cabinet and of the task forces he has assembled look ahead.

Heavenly Father, So much of my time has been spent directed at my own worries, my own thoughts, my own family and friends. But today I want to place my confidence in You once again to lead President Trump and his multiple advisers in ways beyond their human understanding, to see a glimpse of what it is that You, O Lord, want for this nation and its people. These are difficult days, and I understand that you want to draw all people to Yourself. Many who haven’t prayed for years are looking to You now. Give grace in abundance, O God. Give wisdom to the president. For the sake of Your people and in Jesus name,
