This God is my strong refuge and has made my way blameless. – 2 Samuel 22:33
“Way to Go!” It’s an interesting phrase that can mean anything from, “you are amazing” to “you are NOT amazing at all.” But in reality, the “way you go” is critical. Every year, millions of dollars are spent in efforts to find the path to success and the road to happiness. In the end, the road you choose will either take you to the gates of timeless joy, or lead you to the precipice of eternity without God.
Christ Himself said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me“ (John 14:6). Jesus shows you the way to live by serving others and telling them about God’s love. He directs you safely through temptation by helping you resist it in His name. He enables you to forgive others by giving His life as an example of undeserved mercy. As you trust in Christ, He guides your journey through life and across the threshold of death with His own loving presence.
Who do you know stumbling around wondering which way to go? Share your hope in God through the power of Jesus Christ with them, encourage them to let the Holy Spirit lead them out of confusion and into faith. In this election year pray for those seeking office to consider the path they are on, not just for political success but also for their eternal soul. Ask that many will join you on your journey home to God. Jesus does not promise an easy road, but He does promise He knows the way to go.

for you have taught me.

sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Through your precepts I get understanding;
