Today, President Trump will visit the headquarters of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. The CDC and FDA recently removed a rule that hampered commercial and academic labs from developing tests for the Coronavirus.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will be at the United Nations in New York today. He said that the U.S. has not only reached out to help countries hit especially hard by the Coronavirus, such as Italy and South Korea, but has also made offers of medical supplies and humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Iran.
